kde-l10n-lv software package provides Latvian (lv) localization for KDE, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kde-l10n-lv
kde-l10n-lv is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kde-l10n-lv package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kde-l10n-lv *
You will get with kde-l10n-lv package name, version, architecture and description in a table
